[Product Features]

        ZCP0020D is a highly efficient, single-component, room-temperature curing, long-lasting anti-fog nano-coating developed independently by Hysen Micro. This product is designed based on the fractal structure of nano-sized silicon dioxide and utilizes organic-inorganic hybrid film-forming technology to create a continuous, dense, ultra-hydrophilic nano-functional coating layer on glass substrates.

The film thickness is less than 50 nm, having minimal impact on the substrate’s appearance and optical performance, and does not introduce visible interference colors or iridescent patterns. After curing, the coating exhibits a water contact angle of less than 5°, enabling rapid spreading on glass surfaces to form a continuous and stable water film structure. This effectively inhibits droplet formation and fogging, thereby significantly enhancing the clarity and reliability of glass surfaces.

3. Excellent wear resistance and surface hardness: After curing, the coating exhibits outstanding wear resistance and surface hardness (pencil hardness ≥ 6H), meeting the durability requirements of glass products during daily use and cleaning.

4. Stable Durability Performance: The coating maintains stable hydrophilic anti-fog performance under conditions such as high temperature and high humidity, low temperature, water resistance, and alcohol-resistant friction. Its durability can be evaluated through relevant accelerated aging and environmental tests.

5. Excellent chemical stability: Exhibits good resistance to common cleaning agents and alcohol-based solvents, without compromising the coating’s anti-fogging or hydrophilic properties, making it suitable for routine cleaning and maintenance applications.

6. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Relevant safety and environmental indicators can be tested and verified according to customer requirements or applicable industry standards. The specific applicable standards shall be subject to the technical confirmation document agreed upon by both parties.

[Applicable Materials]

1. Suitable for surfaces of tempered glass, float glass, coated glass, and other inorganic silicate glass substrates.

2. Exhibits excellent wettability and adhesion to glass substrates that have undergone cleaning and surface activation treatments.

3. For special coated glass or composite substrates, it is recommended to conduct compatibility verification before mass production.

【Curing Method】

        Fully cured at room temperature in 72 hours, or cured by heating (60–100°C) for 20–30 minutes.

【Scope of Application】

       1. This surface functionalization treatment is suitable for glass products with specific technical requirements for anti-fog performance, surface hydrophilicity, and optical clarity. It is particularly well-suited for applications involving high humidity, alternating hot and cold conditions, or environments prone to condensation.

       2. Typical applications include:

A. Glass products for bathrooms and high-humidity environments

B. Optical protective glass, protective glass for display and camera modules  Industrial equipment and functional glass components

[Technical Parameters]

[Construction Method]

        1. Surface Cleaning: Before coating, ensure that the substrate surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, and other impurities. It is recommended to use alcohol or deionized water for cleaning and allow the surface to dry thoroughly.

2. Coating Preparation: It is recommended that, prior to mass production, a small-scale trial be conducted based on the actual substrate and process conditions to confirm the optimal application method and curing conditions.

       3. Coating operation:

Spraying Method: Apply the product evenly onto the substrate surface. It is recommended to maintain a spraying distance of 20–30 centimeters to ensure uniform coating coverage.

Wiping Method: Dip a clean, dust-free cloth into an appropriate amount of the product and evenly wipe the surface of the substrate.

      4. Drying and curing:

        Room-temperature curing: After coating, place the substrate in a room-temperature environment to allow it to dry naturally; the coating will be fully cured within 72 hours.

Heating and Curing: In cases requiring rapid curing, the substrate can be placed in a temperature environment of 60–100°C for an accelerated curing process lasting 30 minutes.

5. Inspection and Maintenance: After curing, inspect the coating for evenness and integrity, ensuring there are no uncovered areas or defects. If a stronger protective effect is required, you can apply an additional coat.

Under standardized construction and usage conditions, the coating can maintain stable hydrophilic anti-fog performance over the long term.

Note: Actual construction parameters can be adjusted appropriately based on the substrate type, construction method, and environmental conditions. It is recommended to complete small-scale sample verification before mass production.
