II Product Description

QCP0091S is a specialized, multi-functional, all-in-one cleaning agent developed by Hesun Meike specifically for photovoltaic glass modules. Its key ingredients include a specially formulated blend of non-oxidizing organic acids, corrosion inhibitors imported from Germany, environmentally friendly nonionic surfactants, and water. While effectively removing dust, bird droppings, oil stains, and residual anti-reflection coatings from the surface of photovoltaic glass, this product also protects steel and aluminum from corrosion in acidic environments. When sprayed onto the glass substrate, it quickly penetrates deep into the dirt, breaking down stubborn stains, grime, and oxide layers—especially those inorganic residues that cannot be removed by alkaline cleaners—restoring the substrate’s original luster and leaving it as bright and new as ever.

VI Usage and Precautions

  • This product is primarily designed for use with HysenMec ZCP0024 (a self-cleaning, anti-reflective, wear-resistant, and antistatic nano-coating).
  • Before use, rinse the photovoltaic glass module with clean water and check whether a water film has formed on the surface of the photovoltaic glass. If a water film has formed, you can dilute the solution at a 1:1 ratio for use. If the glass surface appears shrunken, it indicates that there are residual anti-reflective coatings remaining.

If film deposition is present, it is recommended to use the original solution for cleaning.

  • Spray the cleaning solution onto the surface of the photovoltaic glass using a dedicated spray bottle, let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then use specialized equipment designed for cleaning photovoltaic glass to perform the wash. Finally, rinse the surface thoroughly with water to remove any remaining cleaning agent.
