YCP0051KT is a special single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating developed by Hysenmec. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology and is specifically designed as a room-temperature, air-drying nano-product for the glass surfaces of distributed photovoltaic modules. The coating is simple and convenient to apply—simply spread it evenly using a scraper. Once cured at room temperature, this coating enhances glass transparency and provides exceptional hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. It effectively prevents the formation of hard deposits such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate on the glass surface and boasts excellent cleanability; oil stains and other contaminants can be easily removed with just water. Surfaces treated with this nano-coating can offer protection and anti-fouling performance for over three years.

【Curing Method and Construction Method】
Cures at room temperature; reaches 70% cure within 6–8 hours, and requires 24 hours for full cure.
【Scope of Application】
The glass of photovoltaic modules is easy to clean and features hydrophobic, oleophobic, anti-rust, and anti-scaling properties, preventing the formation of hard deposits from contaminants such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.

Ⅶ Construction Method
Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the photovoltaic glass to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and foreign debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be coated promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
Coating
1. Before use, thoroughly mix well. You can apply the product using a dedicated tool via scraping or troweling.
2. Recommended coating film thickness: 4–8 micrometers
3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.
