Project Background
To improve the operating environment of photovoltaic power generation and ensure the efficiency of photoelectric conversion, on October 22, a demonstration project of self-cleaning, dust-proof, and anti-static nano-coating was carried out at the 20MW Phase I photovoltaic power station of State Power Investment Corporation at Hongxing Second Farm, Hami, Xinjiang.
The State Power Investment Corporation Phase I photovoltaic power station at Hongxing Second Farm, Hami, Xinjiang, is located within the Hongxing Second Farm area of Hami City, Xinjiang. The site is 21 km from Hami City, 12 km north of National Highway G312, 13 km from Provincial Road S235, and 300 meters west of a rural road, providing convenient transportation. The plant site is divided into the photovoltaic area and the substation management area. The project capacity is 20MWp, using 300Wp polycrystalline silicon solar panels, totaling 66,980 units.
On-site Survey and Analysis
Before starting work, the person in charge must check whether safety measures are complete and comply with the safety measures and start conditions listed in the work permit. In the early construction phase, a survey and analysis of the Xinjiang Hami Hongxing Second Farm Phase I photovoltaic power station project site were conducted to assess pollution levels, understand and analyze pollution sources, and perform preliminary data testing.

Based on the current pollution status on site, professional technical service engineers conducted on-site surveys and analyses, selectively choosing cleaning agents and material ratios to apply self-cleaning coatings on the photovoltaic panels. This ensures the panels are restored to maximum cleanliness, thereby improving power generation efficiency.
