Xinjiang Hami State Power Investment Southeast Shankou 50MW Photovoltaic Power Station
High-transmittance, sand and dust storm resistant nano coating for photovoltaic glass (Northwest special)
Project Background
To improve the operating environment of photovoltaic power generation and ensure the efficiency of photoelectric conversion, on October 21, Hisenmeike Photovoltaic Self-Cleaning Team carried out a demonstration project of self-cleaning, dust-proof, and anti-static nano-coating at the 50MW photovoltaic power station in the southeastern Shankou area of Guodian Hami, Xinjiang.
The 50MW photovoltaic power station in the southeastern Shankou area of Guodian Hami is one of the eight photovoltaic power stations in the 500MWp photovoltaic power generation zone in southeastern Shankou, Hami. The 50MWp photovoltaic project is located within the Shankou photovoltaic power park in southeastern Hami, about 120km from Hami city center, adjacent to the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway on the east side, 20km southeast to Shankou Railway Station, and the park is connected to National Highway G312 via external roads.
Since the project officially started construction on June 8, 2015, it has been repeatedly hit by sandstorms. Coupled with traffic isolation and limited network signals, the construction faced huge challenges. In the face of difficulties, the Hisenmeike construction team was fearless and actively responded, ensuring that the foundation construction of the project was completed as planned.
On-site Survey and Analysis
In the early stage of construction, the Hisenmeike technical construction team conducted on-site surveys and analyses of the 50MW photovoltaic power station project in southeastern Shankou, Guodian Hami, assessing the degree of pollution, understanding and analyzing pollution sources, and performing preliminary data testing.
Photovoltaic Nano Self-Cleaning Construction
Based on the current pollution status on site, professional technical service engineers conducted surveys and analyses, selectively used cleaning agents, formulated material ratios, and applied self-cleaning coatings on photovoltaic panels to ensure maximum restoration of panel cleanliness and improve power generation efficiency.
Hisenmeike's photovoltaic self-cleaning nano protective coating forms a long-lasting superhydrophilic coating by creating a roughness structure with concave-convex features below 50nm. It has wear resistance, light transmittance enhancement, anti-static properties, and superhydrophilicity. The product's effective performance duration in the northwest region can reach 3-5 years, and no less than 5 years in other regions; compared to conventional cleaning, the initial comprehensive power generation increase can reach 2.2-2.6%, with long-term power generation increase exceeding 5%.
Hisenmeike always places customer service first. Through quality control of products, upgrading of technical processes, and improvement of service systems, it has created an efficient service experience tailored to the operation and maintenance needs of photovoltaic power stations, while also redefining the service standards of the photovoltaic operation and maintenance industry.
