Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean nano-coating is a specialized, single-component, easy-to-clean nano-coating developed by Hysenmec. It employs inorganic nano-hybrid technology and has been specially formulated for hard surfaces such as metal, glass, wood flooring, and plastics. This nano-coating can be cured either by heating or at room temperature, and it’s simple and convenient to apply—simply spray or wipe it on. After curing at room temperature, this coating exhibits excellent properties without compromising light transmission: it provides superhydrophobic and oleophobic performance, along with outstanding anti-fouling effects. Its hardness reaches up to 9H (on a substrate of 304# brushed stainless steel plate), and it boasts easy-clean characteristics—oil stains and dirt on the surface can be effortlessly removed with just water and wiping. Surfaces treated with this nano-coating can offer protection and anti-fouling performance for over three years.◼ Dual-use—can be dried at elevated temperature or at room temperature◼ Exhibits excellent flexibility after curing; the coating is hydrogen embrittlement-free.◼ Hardness of up to 9H or higher, with excellent wear resistance (depending on the substrate material)◼ Excellent anti-graffiti performanceⅢ Applicable Materials

Baking temperature: 140℃ for 20 minutes, or 70℃ for 40 minutes, followed by standing at room temperature for more than 48 hours.

VII Construction method
1. Clean the workpiece to be processed thoroughly and ensure that its surface is completely dry with no residual moisture.
2. Clean the spray gun thoroughly by using banana water or gun cleaner to clean the gun’s internal cavity and nozzle, then use Sysmyk. ® Re-clean the nano-coating with the配套 gun-cleaning solution three more times (using Sysmyk). ® The final cleaning of the easy-to-clean nano-coating is crucial; otherwise, compatibility issues may arise, leading to quality problems such as pinholes on the coated workpiece.
3. Maintain the spray booth humidity below 50%, the ambient temperature no higher than 35℃, and the cleanliness level at 100,000 grade. Open the coating liquid and pour it into the spray gun. After pouring, promptly seal any unused Sysmyk. ® The easy-to-clean nano-coating quickly seals the surface, preventing moisture (humidity) from entering. After adjusting the spray gun’s oil and air pressure for optimal atomization, begin spraying.
4. After spraying, the workpiece is placed in a leveling zone (with humidity no higher than 85%, ambient temperature not exceeding 35℃, and cleanliness level of 100,000 grade). It is then transferred to an oven or tunnel furnace for thermal curing for 5–10 minutes, after which it is allowed to stand at room temperature for more than 48 hours (the optimal duration is 7 days).
