Sysmyk® Easy-Clean Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano-Coating is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating that utilizes nanohybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits an excellent metallic texture, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. It also boasts easy-clean characteristics, allowing oil stains and other residues to be effortlessly wiped away. Coated coils treated with this nano-coating demonstrate enhanced resistance to dirt and stains, while the coating itself further improves the coil’s protective, glossy, and anti-fouling effects.

VII Construction method

Pre-construction preparation

1. Before roller coating, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any remaining old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

Coating

1. Stir thoroughly before use; you can apply the coating using a roller.

2. Construction temperature: 10–30°C; relative humidity: 45%–75%.

3. The cleanliness of the roller coating environment shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.

4. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
