Ⅱ Product Features
YCP0098B is a special UV single-component, easy-to-clean nanocoating developed by Hysenmec, utilizing nano-hybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits high abrasion resistance, hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, as well as excellent anti-fouling performance. It also boasts easy-clean characteristics, allowing oil stains and other residues to be effortlessly wiped away from the surface. PET products treated with this nanocoating demonstrate exceptional abrasion resistance, effectively protecting the PET surface from scratches.

Pre-construction preparation

1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

Coating

1. Stir thoroughly before use; you can apply the coating using a roller.

2. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%

3. After spraying, allow the surface to dry for 4-5 minutes at 70°C.

4. Uses UV curing with a curing energy of 500–1000 mJ/cm².

5. The cleanliness of the coating area shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.

6. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
