Ⅱ Product Features
Sysmyk® is a long-lasting, easy-to-clean, water- and oil-repellent nano-coating with anti-fouling properties. It’s a single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating introduced by Guangzhou Sysmec New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK GMBH AG & CO., LTD. in the UK. Utilizing nanohybrid technology, this nano-product has been specially developed for industrial customers (those without paint booths or baking lines) and cures at room temperature. It’s simple and convenient to apply—requiring only one or two simple coats. After curing at room temperature, this coating enhances the surface gloss of the substrate, provides excellent water- and oil-repellency, and delivers outstanding anti-fouling performance. At the same time, it boasts easy-clean properties, allowing oil stains and dirt to be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this nano-coating can offer protection and anti-fouling effects for over three years. For factory customers who lack paint booths or baking lines and don’t require specialized workers, this coating enables quick and efficient application.* Cures at room temperature, with a coating hardness of up to 6H.

Ⅳ Curing Method
Cures at room temperature; reaches 70% cure within 6–8 hours, and requires 24 hours for complete curing.
Simply apply evenly using a dust-free cloth.

VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
1. It is recommended to use non-woven fabric and apply it by brushing. We suggest applying one coat horizontally and one coat vertically. As much as possible, follow the original grain pattern of the material. After ensuring even application, allow it to cure at room temperature for 6–8 hours before packaging.
2. To speed up the drying process, you can also bake at 120–150 degrees for 20–30 minutes.
3. Construction temperature: 10–30°C; relative humidity: 45%–75%.
4. The construction site should be kept as clean as possible, with minimal dust. The cleanliness level should be maintained at or below Class 100,000—that is, the number of particles with a diameter ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot should be less than 100,000.
