Sysmyk® Sandblasted Stainless Steel Easy-Clean Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Anti-Fouling Nano-Coating (High Solids Content) is a single-component, easy-to-clean nano-coating introduced by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK GMBH AG&CO., LTD. in the UK. This coating utilizes nano-hybrid technology. After curing, it exhibits an excellent metallic texture, outstanding hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling properties, and also boasts easy-clean characteristics—oil stains and grime on its surface can be effortlessly wiped away. With this nano-coating applied to sinks, oil droplets will automatically slide off, and any remaining trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into bead-like spheres, making daily cleaning simple and convenient for household users and eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any oil stains, dirt, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
A. Before use, thoroughly mix and evenly distribute; air spraying can be used for application.
B. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 μm
C. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
D. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm shall be less than 350,000 per cubic meter. 3 That is, the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot is less than 10,000.
E. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm shall be less than 35,000 per cubic meter. 3
