Sysmyk® Stainless Steel Long-Lasting, Easy-to-Clean, Superhydrophobic and Oleophobic Nanocoating (High Hardness) is a single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating that utilizes nano-hybrid technology. After curing, this coating boasts high hardness (9H), an excellent metallic luster, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. It also features easy cleaning—oil stains and grime on the surface can be effortlessly wiped away. With this nanocoating applied to range hoods, oil droplets will automatically slide off, and any remaining trace amounts of grease will naturally contract into tiny beads. As a result, daily cleaning for household users becomes simple and convenient, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. Additionally, this coating enhances the protection, glossiness, and stain-resistant performance of stainless steel.* Cures at medium temperature, with a coating hardness of up to 9H.

VI Technical Parameters
Ⅶ Construction MethodPre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
A. Thoroughly stir well before use; air spraying can be employed for application.
B. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 μmC. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
D. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
E. The cleanliness of the leveling and baking areas shall be at or below Class 100,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.VIII Storage
