YCP0066F9 is a specialized, single-component, high-hardness, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating developed by Hysenmec, utilizing nano-hybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits an excellent metallic texture, as well as water-repellent and oil-repellent properties and outstanding anti-fouling performance. It also boasts easy-clean characteristics, allowing surface grease and stains to be effortlessly wiped away. With this nanocoating applied to sinks, oil droplets will automatically slide off, and any remaining trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into bead-like spheres. As a result, daily sink cleaning becomes simple and convenient for household users, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. Moreover, this coating enhances the protection, gloss, and stain-resistant performance of stainless steel. Compared to YCP0066E, YCP0066F9 offers superior oil-repellency.* Cures at medium temperature, with a coating hardness reaching 9H.

VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be employed for application.
2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 0.5–2 μm.
3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 350,000 per cubic meter—equivalently, fewer than 10,000 such particles per cubic foot.
5. The cleanliness level in the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the concentration of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm shall be less than 35,000 particles/m³.
