Sysmyk® Plastic Easy-Clean Long-Lasting Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Anti-Fouling Nano-Coating (Two-Component) is a specialized two-component, easy-clean, anti-fouling treatment developed by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It is specifically designed for easy-clean, anti-fouling treatments on plastic surfaces. After curing at room temperature or low temperature, this coating exhibits excellent texture and outstanding transparency without compromising the gloss or clarity of previous coatings. Additionally, it boasts easy-clean properties, allowing surface stains to be effortlessly wiped away.* After curing at room temperature for 24 hours, proceed with packaging; alternatively, bake at a low temperature (60–70°C) for 30 minutes and let it sit for 4–6 hours before packaging.

VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
1. For certain substrates that require enhanced adhesion, first apply a primer. Product Code: YCP0048C ), After applying the primer, wait 2-5 minutes before directly spraying YCP0048—no baking required. (If you need the primer, please place your order and add a note indicating the quantity, or contact customer service for details.)
2. Before using YCP0048, add Component B to Component A and thoroughly mix them until uniform. You can apply the coating using air spraying. The paint containing the curing agent must be used within 2 to 4 hours after mixing.
3. Component A : Component B = 9:1; application methods include spray coating, dip coating, and flow coating, among others.
4. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 μm.
5. Construction temperature: 10–40 °C; relative humidity: 25%–75%.
