The Sysmyk® PET film surface features a highly wear-resistant, hydrophobic, and oleophobic nano-coating—a special UV single-component easy-to-clean nano-coating introduced by Guangzhou Hissenmec New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK GMBH AG&CO., LTD. in the UK, which utilizes nanohybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits exceptional wear resistance, outstanding hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and excellent anti-fouling performance. It also boasts easy-clean characteristics, allowing oil stains and other residues to be effortlessly wiped away. PET products treated with this nano-coating demonstrate superior wear resistance, effectively protecting the PET surface from scratches.- UV-cured, with a coating hardness of up to 2H

VII Construction Method
Pre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
A. Before use, thoroughly stir the product until evenly mixed; you can apply it using a roller.
B. Construction temperature: 10-30℃, relative humidity: 45%-75%
C. After spraying, allow the surface to dry for 4-5 minutes at 70℃.
D. Uses UV curing with a curing energy of 500–1000 mJ/㎡.
E. The cleanliness of the coating area is maintained at Class 10,000 or better, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot is less than 10,000.
F. The cleanliness of the leveling and baking areas is maintained at Class 100,000 or better, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot is less than 100,000.
