Sysmyk® Powder-Coating (Plastic) – Easy-to-Clean, Long-Lasting Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Anti-Fouling Nano-Coating (Standard Version) is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating introduced by Guangzhou Sysmec New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK GMBH AG & CO., LTD. in the UK. This coating utilizes nanohybrid technology. After curing, it boasts an excellent texture, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. At the same time, it features easy-clean characteristics—oil stains and other residues can be effortlessly wiped away from the surface. After treatment with this nano-coating, oil droplets will automatically slide off the coated surface, while any remaining trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into tiny beads. As a result, daily cleaning becomes simple and convenient for household users, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. Additionally, this coating enhances the protection, gloss, and anti-fouling performance of powder-coated parts.* Cures at moderate temperature, with a coating hardness of up to 1H.

V. Scope of Application
The surface of the powder-coated parts for kitchen appliances features easy-to-clean, hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling treatment.

Ⅶ Construction MethodPre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
A. Before use, thoroughly mix the product until uniform. You can apply it using air spraying or electrostatic spraying methods.
B. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–8 μm
C. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
D. The cleanliness level of the spray booth shall be within Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 350,000 per cubic meter—or, equivalently, less than 10,000 such particles per cubic foot.
E. The cleanliness level of the leveling and baking zones shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the concentration of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 35,000 particles/m³.
