Ⅱ Product Features
ZCP0049 is a special single-component, room-temperature self-drying, dust-resistant, anti-fouling, and light-transmitting inorganic nanocoating developed by HissenMec. The coating contains 5-nanometer titanium dioxide particles and exhibits the ability to decompose bird droppings and oil stains. By employing nano-silica fractal combination technology, the coating forms microscopically fine irregularities less than 50 nm in size on the surface of objects. After curing, this ultra-thin coating boasts a hydrophilic contact angle of less than 10°. Made entirely of inorganic components, the coating offers exceptional weather resistance and abrasion resistance. Moreover, it effectively suppresses static electricity on the substrate surface, making it difficult for dust to adhere. Even if dust does stick to the surface, it can be self-cleansed upon contact with water, ensuring that the car glass surface always maintains optimal light transmission and cleanliness.
◼ Quick-drying at room temperature—surface dry in just 1–5 minutes; full curing takes 24 hours, with a hardness of over 4 hours (Mitsubishi Pencil, Japan).
◼ Compared to the 1,000-cycle abrasion resistance of conventional superhydrophilic coatings, this product boasts an abrasion resistance of over 25,000 cycles. It features a purely inorganic composition, excellent weathering resistance, and provides protective effects for more than 5 years.
◼ Superior antistatic and wear-resistant performance, with a surface resistance value of 10. 6 -10 9 Between Ω, significantly reduce dust adhesion.
◼ High transparency, low reflectivity, and significant anti-reflection properties.
◼ A water contact angle of less than 10° enables self-cleaning of surface dust or stains upon exposure to rainwater or condensation, reducing the frequency of cleaning.

Pre-construction Preparation and Precautions
1. Car detailing shop treatment: It is recommended to first clean the glass surface using a glass polishing compound, then rinse the surface with clean water. If the surface develops a layer...
For hydrophilic membranes, the surface is considered to be free of oily contaminants. Then, simply use a dedicated scraping tool to perform the scraping treatment.
2. Factory-side processing: After the glass has been thoroughly cleaned, it is recommended to treat it once more with a plasma device before proceeding with spray coating or roll coating.
3. The cleaned surface should be coated promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
4. ZCP0049 cannot be directly applied by scraping onto hydrophobic surfaces, as this will reduce the coating’s adhesion.
5. Avoid construction when it’s raining.
