    Sysmyk ® Himeike water-based (silver-gray) topcoat is designed for use on fasteners coated with inorganic zinc-aluminum primers, galvanized primers, or Dacromet primers. Depending on the specific fastener type, different application techniques can be employed. After coating, the fasteners not only exhibit an excellent metallic texture but also significantly enhance the corrosion resistance and antioxidant performance of the coating. The specially formulated nano-materials used in this coating further improve the wear resistance of the zinc-aluminum layer.

    1. Water-based system, free of heavy metals, environmentally friendly and green.

    2. After curing, it exhibits excellent flexibility, and the coating is free from hydrogen embrittlement.

    3.4H or higher hardness, excellent wear resistance

    4. When used in conjunction with an inorganic zinc-aluminum primer, the neutral salt spray resistance can exceed 800–1000 hours without causing corrosion of the substrate.

    How to use:

             1. Remove oil and dust from the workpiece to be processed and ensure the surface of the workpiece remains clean.

    2. Open Sysmyk ® The Ximeike water-based (silver-gray) topcoat should be dispersed using an electric mixer for 5–10 minutes.

    3. Construction Operation Guidelines

    Immersion-Centrifugation Process:

    A. For workpieces coated with galvanized base screws, Dacromet primer, or inorganic zinc-aluminum coating primer, wrap the screws using a 60-mesh filter screen and immerse them into Sysmyk. ® Immerse the water-based (silver-gray) topcoat liquid in Himeike for 10 seconds, then drain off any excess liquid and place it into a centrifuge.

    B. Set the rotational speed to 220–230 rpm, with a duration of 10–13 seconds, and perform two cycles (i.e., one clockwise rotation followed by one counterclockwise rotation constitutes one cycle). During the centrifugation process, note that after the first cycle, to ensure the coating can be evenly applied onto the screw, you’ll need to adjust the screw’s position before proceeding with the second cycle.

    C. During use, if the viscosity is too high, add deionized water to dilute and adjust the viscosity to 55 ± 5 seconds (ambient temperature: 25°C; disperse using a dispersing machine at 600 rpm for 10 minutes).

    D. Curing Temperature: Pre-baking stage, 70°C × 5–8 min; Curing stage, 160°C × 25–30 min.

             Precautions:

             1. Use Sysmyk ® The production facility for Ximeike water-based (silver-gray) topcoat requires mandatory ventilation.

    2. The surface of the workpiece to be processed must be free of dirt and oil contamination.

    3. The water-based (silver-gray) topcoat liquid must be diluted with deionized water.
