TCP0025 is an advanced patented technology for galvanizing steel surfaces developed by Hysenmec (Patent No.: CN107033642B). This technology requires only a simple, one-time dip-coating process combined with rapid heating, enabling a bright, silver-colored protective coating—similar to hot-dip galvanizing—to be quickly applied onto the steel surface. The coating incorporates a newly developed nano-particle from Hysenmec, which exhibits strong hydrophobic properties and effectively repels moisture to the exterior of the coating without compromising the metallic texture of the coating. At the same time, this nano-particle significantly enhances wear resistance and dramatically improves corrosion protection performance. Thanks to its specially formulated composition, a single dip-coating application results in a thicker coating—reaching a thickness of 40 μm or more.

Note: The number of dip coatings can be flexibly adjusted according to rust-prevention requirements—either once or twice.

◼ Instructions for Use and Precautions

1. Open TCP0025 and disperse it using an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Then, add the matching专用 diluent to TCP0025 at a ratio of 30-50%. Adjust the viscosity to between 15-18 seconds (at 25°C) using the four-cup viscometer. After thoroughly mixing, transfer the mixture into the application tank. During use, if the viscosity becomes too high, add additional matching专用 diluent to adjust the viscosity back to 15-18 seconds (at 25°C).

2. Mandatory ventilation is required for production areas using TCP0025.

3. The surface of the workpiece to be processed must be free of dirt and oil contamination.

4. The galvanized solution must be diluted using the专用 diluent TCP0025.

5. If the baking temperature for TCP0025 coating is too low, crosslinking will be insufficient; if the temperature is too high, the coating will become powdery. Both scenarios will cause the TCP0025 coating to lose its anti-corrosion performance. Please bake the TCP0025 coating within the temperature range specified in the product instructions.

6. TCP0025 has a shelf life of 3-4 months, so it should be used up as soon as possible.
