TCP0023 is an advanced product developed by Hesemec. Steel galvanizing Protecting patented technology ( Patent No.: CN107033642B ), steel workpieces require only a simple one-time dip-coating process and rapid heating technology to quickly deposit a bright, similar coating onto the steel surface. Bright silver-colored protective coating for hot-dip galvanizing The coating utilizes a newly developed nanoparticle from Hysenmec, which boasts exceptional hydrophobic properties. This nanoparticle effectively repels moisture to the exterior of the coating without compromising the metallic texture of the coating itself. At the same time, it significantly enhances wear resistance and dramatically improves rust-prevention performance. If a thicker coating is required for a single dip application, please use TCP0025 (Sysmyk® High-Viscosity Zinc-Plating Agent Version 2.0).

Instructions for Use and Precautions

1. Open TCP0023 and disperse it using an electric stirrer for 2 minutes. Then, add the matching专用 diluent to TCP0023 at a ratio of 10–30%. Adjust the viscosity to between 15–18 seconds (at 25°C) as measured by the Ford cup No. 4. After thoroughly mixing, transfer the mixture into the application tank. During use, if the viscosity becomes too high, add additional matching专用 diluent to adjust the viscosity back to 15–18 seconds (at 25°C).

2. Mandatory ventilation is required for production areas using TCP0023.

3. The surface of the workpiece to be processed must be free of dirt and oil contamination.

4. The galvanized solution must be diluted using the dedicated diluent TCP0023.

5. The baking temperature for TCP0023 coating is too low, resulting in incomplete crosslinking; if the temperature is too high, the coating will become powdery, causing TCP0023 coating to lose its anti-corrosion performance. Please bake the TCP0023 coating within the specified temperature range.

6. The shelf life of TCP0023 is 2-3 months, so please use it up as soon as possible.
