  • Product Description
  • Sysmyk® Low-Temperature Galvanized Coating

    Ⅰ Product Code   TCP0011

    Ⅱ Product Features
Hot-dip galvanizing is an advanced steel protection technology introduced by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK AG & CO GMBH of the UK. It employs the innovative SurfMore surface modification technology, enabling steel components to be rapidly coated with a bright silver protective film through a simple, one-time hot-dip galvanizing process combined with rapid track heating technology.

Hot-dip galvanizing is a new type of surface treatment technology. Compared with traditional electroplating and hot-dip plating processes, hot-dip galvanizing is a “green plating” process.

       *  Strong corrosion resistance

       *  Hydrogen-free embrittlement The processing technology of hot-dip galvanizing ensures that hot-dip galvanized parts are free from hydrogen embrittlement, making it highly suitable for coating load-bearing components.

       *  High heat resistance Hot-dip galvanizing offers excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion, with a heat resistance of up to around 300 degrees Celsius. In contrast, traditional galvanizing processes begin to peel and become unusable once the temperature reaches just 100 degrees Celsius.

       *  Good adhesion and re-coating performance Galvanized coatings exhibit excellent adhesion to the metal substrate and strong bonding with other additional coatings. Parts treated with this process are easy to spray-coat and color, and their adhesion to organic coatings even surpasses that of phosphating films.

       *  Good permeability Due to the electrostatic shielding effect, it is difficult to electroplate zinc onto deep holes, narrow slots, and the inner walls of tubular components on workpieces; therefore, these areas of the workpiece cannot be protected by electroplating. However, diffusion galvanizing can penetrate into these areas of the workpiece, forming a diffusion-galvanized coating.

       *  No pollution and no public hazards During the entire process of galvanizing—production, processing, and coating of workpieces—no wastewater or exhaust gases that pollute the environment are generated. There is no need for treatment of the three wastes, thus reducing processing costs.

    Ⅲ Applicable Materials

Protection of metal surfaces such as steel

    Ⅳ Curing Method

180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.

    V. Scope of Application

    1. Replace part of the hot-dip galvanizing process

    2. Electroplating with zinc

    3. Suitable for protecting surfaces such as steel pipes and introducing decorative effects.

    VI Technical Parameters

    VII Construction method

    1. Before plating, the workpiece must be properly derusted and ensured to have a clean surface free of oil stains, impurities, and other contaminants.

    2. The workpiece is hung appropriately, leaving no dead corners during plating, which facilitates draining off excess plating solution.

    3. Ensure sufficient plating penetration time—typically between 20 and 40 seconds, depending on the shape of the workpiece. If the workpiece has a complex geometry, the duration should be appropriately extended.

    4. If issues such as sagging, high viscosity, or excessive coating thickness occur, or if the duration for draining off excess plating solution needs adjustment, you can use the included专用 diluent to make the necessary adjustments.

    5. The drying temperature is 180℃, and the duration is approximately 30 minutes.

    6. Remove rust by sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade (GB8923-88) or by manual rust removal to St3 grade (GB8923-88).

    7. The cleaned surface should be coated promptly to prevent re-rusting.

    8. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

    9. Do not add non-specified diluents; otherwise, it may... Damage the ramp-up rate of the plating solution. , resulting in localized plating failure.

    10. During construction, when the solid content of the槽 liquid is around 42%, the appropriate construction temperature is 20–35℃, and the suitable construction viscosity is 14–15.

    Precautions

    1. Both too low and too high baking temperatures will cause the galvanized layer to lose its corrosion-resistant properties. The galvanized layer should be baked within an appropriate temperature range.

    2. The service life of galvanized zinc is 3 months, so it should be used up as soon as possible.

    VIII Storage

    Recommended storage temperature: 18–25℃

    Shelf life: 3 months

    Ⅸ Packaging

      20 kg/bucket
