    [Product Features]

            TCP0006 is a new type of anti-corrosion coating that provides cathodic protection by applying room-temperature galvanizing to steel surfaces. It can be sprayed at room temperature to form a coating with a zinc content of over 96%, and it contains no heavy metals such as lead or cadmium.

            1. The dry film contains 96% zinc, and the electrochemical corrosion of zinc powder provides cathodic protection to the steel, thereby offering corrosion resistance.

            2. Single-component, high-zinc coating—simple to use, requiring no mixing process and free from limitations on application time.

            3. Outstanding rust-prevention performance and superior corrosion resistance—simply by spraying at room temperature, you can achieve a rust-prevention effect comparable to that of hot-dip galvanizing.

            4. The coating becomes harder over time, and its adhesion also increases.

            5. It can be used independently as a heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, or as a primer in combination with SYSMYK. ® When used in combination with the topcoat (TCP0012), the overall anti-corrosion lifespan can be increased by 1.8 to 2.5 times, reaching over 20 years.

            6. It features unique re-melting properties of the coating, allowing new and old cold-sprayed zinc coatings to fuse seamlessly together after application.

    [Construction Method]

            Pre-construction preparation

            1. Before applying paint, first perform surface preparation on the object to be coated, removing any old paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

            2. Remove rust by sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade (GB8923-88) or by manual rust removal to St3 grade (GB8923-88). Alternatively, after removing loose surface rust, apply a layer of water-based rust-converting nano-coating (TCP0015) to convert the rust into a dense oxide layer.

            3. The cleaned surface should be painted promptly to prevent re-rusting.

            4. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

            Coating

            1. Before use, thoroughly stir the paint until it is evenly mixed. You can apply it using a brush.

            2. During construction, strive to apply the coating evenly in terms of thickness, ensuring no areas are left uncoated, no dripping occurs, and the specified thickness is achieved.

            3. Under normal temperature conditions, one coat can be sprayed every 2 hours.

            4. Construction temperature: 10–40 °C; relative humidity: 25%–75%.
