ZCP0025 is a single-component, room-temperature self-drying nano-functional coating developed by Hysenmec specifically for modern architectural glass curtain wall systems. It boasts exceptional surface control and environmental responsiveness. At its core, the coating is based on a multiscale fractal network of nano-sized silica, synergistically doped with functional nanomaterials such as nano-TiO2 and SnO2, thereby creating a dense and uniform nano-rough interface structure.
The coating integrates superhydrophilic wettability, antistatic and dust-repellent properties, photocatalytic degradation capability, and high optical transparency into a single formulation, significantly enhancing the pollution resistance and visual clarity of architectural glass facades. Specifically, in the short term, the surface contact angle can be stably maintained below 10°, and even after prolonged use, it remains below 20°, ensuring that the coating achieves an efficient self-cleaning effect under the influence of rainwater or fog. This effectively extends the maintenance cycle, reduces cleaning and operational costs, and provides a low-carbon solution to support the operation of green buildings.
1. Superhydrophilicity: Surface contact angle <10°; rainwater naturally spreads and washes away dirt, maintaining a contact angle of <20° throughout the product’s service life.
2. Anti-static and dust-repellent: Effectively inhibits static electricity buildup and reduces dust adhesion (surface resistance value: 10⁷–10⁹ Ω).
3. High optical transmittance: The coating is thin and uniform, ensuring high glass transparency and visual consistency without compromising the aesthetic appeal of building daylighting.
4. Photocatalytic Decomposition Capability: Nano-TiO2 can degrade organic pollutants and air contaminants (such as NOx and VOCs), enhancing the barrier effect.
5. Eco-friendly inorganic system: After film formation, it is non-toxic, non-flammable, and leaves no solvent residues—green and safe, suitable for a wide range of applications.
6. Easy construction: Dries to the touch at room temperature in 5–10 minutes and fully cures within 24 hours; can also be used in conjunction with tempered thermal curing.

【Curing Method】
Self-drying at room temperature: Surface dry time 5–10 minutes, fully cured in 24 hours.

Pre-construction preparation
1. Use alkaline The cleaning agent or Hishenmeike-specific cleaning agent (QCP0091-ST1) thoroughly removes oil stains, watermarks, and dust.
2. Clear After washing, rinse thoroughly with purified water and then air-dry or dry with warm air.
Construction meteorological condition restrictions:
To ensure construction quality and personnel safety, nano-coating work should be suspended or not carried out under the following meteorological conditions:
Rainy day: Construction is strictly prohibited during rainy weather. If the weather forecast for the following day predicts rain, no construction activities should be scheduled on the previous day to prevent the coating from being exposed to rain before it has dried, which could compromise its adhesion performance.
Strong wind weather: When the wind speed at the construction site exceeds Grade 5 (≥10.8 m/s), construction operations should be halted.
Air humidity: Construction is prohibited when the relative humidity exceeds 85% to prevent defects such as shrinkage holes, whitening, or reduced adhesion in the coating film.
Construction method
The construction of the nano-coating for this project primarily employs... Use dedicated spraying equipment for uniform coating application. The construction steps are as follows:
Device Selection Use an HVLP (high-volume low-pressure) spray gun or automated spraying equipment;
Spray Distance and Pressure Control: Keep the spray gun distance from the glass surface at 20–30 cm, and adjust the pressure within a reasonable range to avoid misting and dry spraying.
Coating method: Adopt a cross-spray method combining horizontal and vertical spraying to ensure uniform coating coverage with no oversights.
Environmental requirements: The construction environment temperature should be maintained between 10–35°C, with humidity no higher than 85%. Work is strictly prohibited on rainy days, during strong winds, or in heavy fog.
Coating curing: After spraying, the coating should be allowed to dry naturally or gently heated to promote curing. Avoid contaminating or moistening the coating during the drying process.
All construction personnel must undergo training and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure that construction quality meets the required standards.
