Sysmyk ® The superhydrophobic and anti-icing nano-coating (self-drying at room temperature) is a highly hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating developed by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It features a micro-nanostructure. This coating system is a two-layer formulation: first, a primer coat is applied; after it dries, a topcoat is applied. When used in combination, these two coats deliver exceptional hydrophobic and oleophobic performance once fully dried.
Sysmyk ® The superhydrophobic anti-icing nano-coating (self-drying at room temperature) is a revolutionary waterproof material that utilizes the latest nanohybrid technology to completely repel both water and oil. It’s a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating capable of protecting surfaces against damage from nearly all liquids. Using SURFMORE nano-modification technology, this coating forms an air-based protective film on the substrate surface, effectively preventing the penetration of liquids such as water and oil. This protective film outperforms conventional technologies, boasting exceptional adhesion and wear resistance, making it suitable for applications with specific requirements for abrasion resistance.
Self-cleaning: Resistant to water and oil contamination, dry and sterile. Simply apply a bit of water or an air flow to remove dust and dirt from the surface.
Anti-pollution: Dust, dirt, water, and contamination from bacteria or radioactive liquids will be significantly reduced or eliminated.
Corrosion resistance: Since water and moisture in the air do not actually come into contact with the surface, corrosion of the object can be significantly reduced.
Anti-freeze: The surface of the object is dry and free of moisture, so it won't freeze.
Moisture-proof: Keeps objects dry; many liquids, such as water, are difficult to absorb.
Water contact angle > 150 degrees, oil contact angle > 150 degrees, rolling angle < 5 degrees.
Operating temperature ranges from -30° to 150°.

Surface treatment
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and other debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
4. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.5 MPa; nozzle diameter: 1.0–1.5 mm; spraying distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 40–60 microns.
5. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
Coating
Step 1: Base Coat
1-1: Paint Preparation: Prepare the paint according to a ratio of CCP0016-A : CCP0016-B = 8:2. Mix thoroughly until uniform. Adjust the diluent ratio as needed based on the temperature and humidity conditions at the site.
1-2: Thoroughly stir well before use. You can apply it using air spraying, but you must use an HPLV spray gun.
1-3: Apply evenly in 3 coats; after drying, the coating thickness will be approximately 40 microns.
1-4: Wait 10 minutes, and after the primer has dried, proceed with the topcoat spray.
Step 2: Surface Coating
2-1: The surface coating cannot be applied using the same spray gun as the primer. A new spray gun must be selected, and an HPLV gun must be used for spraying.
2-2: Before use, CCP0017 must be thoroughly mixed and evenly sprayed four times. After drying, the coating thickness should be 10 microns.
2-3: Apply the same amount to cover the base coat.
Step 3: Drying/Curing Method
The superhydrophobic performance of the coating will become apparent 60 minutes after applying the surface coating. The optimal time is after 24 hours.[Maintenance and Care]
The Sysmyk® superhydrophobic anti-icing nano-coating (room-temperature self-drying type) must be applied in conjunction with two separate coatings to exhibit its superhydrophobic properties.
1. Please use low-pressure water spray to clean the surface. Under the rinsing action of the low-pressure water flow, the surface will achieve self-cleaning—dust and dirt will be easily washed away, leaving the surface completely dry.
2. Detergents, soaps, certain special solvents such as xylene, toluene, acetone, or high-pressure water jets can affect certain properties of the coating surface.
3. If the surface coating is damaged and loses its superhydrophobic and oleophobic properties, simply reapply the topcoat CCP0017 to restore the superhydrophobic effect.
