MCP0020 is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating developed by Nake New Materials. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology and is formulated with nano-silica, specifically designed to enhance the wear resistance of wooden flooring. This is a specially developed, room-temperature-curing nanoproduct that is simple and convenient to apply—simply brush or spray it 2–3 times for optimal results. After curing at room temperature, this coating significantly boosts the surface gloss of the substrate and provides exceptional water-repellent, oil-repellent, and anti-fouling properties. Additionally, it boasts antibacterial, abrasion-resistant, and easy-to-clean characteristics, allowing oil stains and other dirt to be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this nanocoating can maintain protection and anti-fouling performance for over one year. For factory customers without spray booths or baking lines, and without the need for professional workers, rapid application remains entirely feasible.

【Curing Method and Construction Method】
◼ Cures at room temperature; reaches 80% cure within 6–8 hours, and full cure takes 7 days.
◼ Before use, it is recommended to clean the metal surface first, then apply evenly using a lint-free cloth.

[Construction Method]
◼ Pre-construction preparation
1. Before applying the coating, first clean the surface of the object to be coated, removing any old paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, and debris. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be promptly coated or sprayed to prevent recontamination by dust.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
◼ Coating
1. Use a microfiber cloth fitted over a dedicated sponge, pour the coating onto the microfiber cloth, and apply it using a spreading motion. As much as possible, follow the natural grain of the material when applying the coating. After ensuring even coverage, allow it to sit at room temperature for 6–8 hours before packaging.
2. To speed up the drying process, you can also use a hairdryer or a heating lamp to warm the substrate.
3. Spray application is also an acceptable construction method. The spraying pressure should be 0.3–0.4 MPa, and the spraying distance should be 15–25 cm. The recommended coating film thickness is 1–3 microns.
4. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
5. The construction site should be kept as clean as possible, with minimal dust. The cleanliness level should be controlled to within Class 100,000—meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot does not exceed 100,000.
◼ This product is highly sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to use it up as soon as possible after opening the container, or to pour out part of the contents and then tightly close the bottle cap for the remaining portion.
[Storage]
Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C; shelf life: 18 months (unopened), 1 month (opened).
This product is sensitive to moisture; therefore, during use, be sure to take precautions against humidity. After use, make sure to close the bottle tightly; otherwise, the product may spoil.
