MCP0015 is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, water-repellent, anti-fouling, antibacterial, and easy-to-clean nanocoating developed by Nake New Materials. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology and is specifically designed to provide easy cleaning, anti-fouling, and protective performance for various leather surfaces. After curing at room temperature, this coating offers an excellent leather texture with a soft hand feel and outstanding abrasion resistance. At the same time, it boasts easy-clean properties—surface stains such as ballpoint pen marks, marker ink, and other types of dirt can be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this nanocoating can maintain protection and anti-fouling performance for over one year. For factory customers without spray booths or baking lines, no specialized workers are required, yet rapid application remains possible. The product is available in two finishes: glossy and matte, allowing you to choose according to your needs.

【Curing Method and Construction Method】
◼ Cures at room temperature; reaches 80% cure within 6–8 hours, and full cure takes 7 days.
◼ Before use, it is recommended to clean the leather surface first and apply the product evenly using a dust-free cloth.

[Construction Method]
Step 1: Surface Cleaning: It is essential to use the matching nano-cleaning agent for shine to ensure successful coating. To guarantee Nano Home Shield... ® The leather-coating waterproof and stain-resistant nano-coating forms strong chemical bonds with the leather surface. Before application, the surface should be thoroughly cleaned. The degree of bonding between the easy-to-clean, long-lasting leather nano-coating and the leather directly determines the product’s service life and scratch resistance.
1. Clean the surface to be treated with a cleaning agent.
Spray the Bright Nano Cleaner onto the leather surface to be treated using a clean towel or lint-free tissue, then wipe repeatedly. Next, dry the surface thoroughly with a clean towel or lint-free tissue, ensuring that the leather is clean, completely dry, free of any water, floating dust or powder, and free of any oily or greasy contaminants.
2. The Nakejia Shield® leather coating, a nano-coating that provides water and stain resistance, should be applied immediately after cleaning.
Step 2: Surface Coating
During construction, avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
1. Pour a certain amount of easy-to-clean, long-lasting leather nano-coating with anti-fouling properties onto a microfiber cleaning cloth to thoroughly wet it. Then, apply the coating onto the leather surface to form a thin liquid film. Repeat this process 2-3 times, and allow it to air-dry naturally. After waiting 8-12 hours, the coating will exhibit its anti-fouling effect.
2. The leather surface that has already been treated can be re-treated with Naka Jia Dun® leather coating—a nano-coating that provides long-lasting water- and stain-resistant protection, typically lasting around 6 months to 1 year under normal conditions. Even if the coating’s effectiveness diminishes over time, the surface can be re-treated again. The procedure for re-treatment is exactly the same as the initial application.[Storage]
Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C; shelf life: 18 months (unopened), 1 month (opened).
This product is sensitive to moisture, so be sure to protect it from humidity when using it. After each use, make sure to close the bottle tightly; otherwise, the product may spoil.
