MCP0008 is a special, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating developed by Nake New Materials. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology and is specifically designed for metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum profiles, and copper profiles). This nanocoating cures at room temperature, is simple and convenient to apply—requiring only 2–3 simple brushings or sprays. Once cured at room temperature, this coating enhances the surface gloss of the substrate and provides exceptional water-repellent, oil-repellent, and anti-fouling properties. Additionally, it boasts antibacterial characteristics and is highly easy to clean; oil stains and other residues can be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this nanocoating offer protection and anti-fouling performance lasting over one year. For factory customers without spray booths or baking lines, and without the need for professional workers, rapid application remains entirely feasible.

【Curing Method and Construction Method】
◼ Cures at room temperature; reaches 80% cure within 6–8 hours, and full cure takes 7 days.

[Construction Method]
◼ Pre-construction preparation
1. Before applying the coating, first polish the surface of the object to be coated, removing any old paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, and other debris. The surface must be completely free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks. After cleaning, the surface should be coated or sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.2. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or appropriate air-dust extraction equipment to ensure high-quality painting.
3. It is recommended to use non-woven fabric and apply the product by brushing. We suggest applying one coat horizontally and one coat vertically. Try to follow the original grain pattern of the material as closely as possible. After ensuring even application, allow the product to cure at room temperature for 6–8 hours before packaging.
4. To increase the drying speed, you can also bake at 120–150 degrees for 20–30 minutes.
5. Spray application is also an acceptable construction method. The spraying pressure should be 0.3–0.4 MPa, and the spraying distance should be 15–25 cm. The recommended coating film thickness is 1–3 microns.
6. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.
7. The construction site should be kept as clean as possible, with minimal dust. The cleanliness level should be controlled to within Class 100,000—that is, the number of particles with a diameter ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot should be less than 100,000.
◼ This product is highly sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to use it up as soon as possible after opening the container, or to pour out some of the contents and then tightly seal the remaining portion with the cap.
[Storage]
Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C; Shelf life: 18 months (unopened), 1 month (opened).
This product is sensitive to moisture; therefore, during use, be sure to take precautions against humidity. After use, make sure to tighten the bottle cap promptly; otherwise, the product may spoil.
