[Product Features]

MCP0006 is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating with a dual-layer formulation developed by Nake New Materials. It leverages the latest nanohybrid technology and is specifically designed as a room-temperature, air-drying dual-layer nano-system tailored for the porous structures of stone materials—both marble and engineered stone. The application process is simple and convenient, requiring only 1–2 straightforward brush or spray applications. MCP0006A (the primer) primarily seals the pore structure on the stone surface, while MCP0006B (the topcoat) enhances the stone’s resistance to stains and boosts its glossiness. Once cured at room temperature, this dual-nano coating significantly increases the surface gloss of the substrate, provides exceptional water and oil repellency, and delivers outstanding anti-fouling performance. Additionally, it boasts antibacterial properties and is highly easy to clean; oil stains and other residues can be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this dual-nano coating offer protection and anti-stain performance for over three years. For factory customers without dedicated spray booths or baking lines, professional workers are not required, yet rapid application remains possible.

[Applicable Materials]

◼ Before use, it is recommended to polish and clean the stone surface first. After it has completely dried, apply the product evenly using a dust-free cloth.

[Construction Method]

◼ Pre-construction preparation

1. Before applying the coating, first polish the surface of the object to be coated, removing any old paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be promptly coated or sprayed to prevent dust from reattaching.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

◼ Coating

1. It is recommended to use non-woven fabric and apply it by brushing. We suggest applying one coat horizontally and one coat vertically. Try to follow the original grain pattern of the material as closely as possible. After ensuring even application, allow it to cure at room temperature for 6–8 hours before packaging.

2. To speed up the drying process, you can also bake at 120–150°C for 20–30 minutes.

3. Spray application is also an option. The spraying pressure should be 0.3–0.4 MPa, and the spraying distance should be 15–25 centimeters. Push...

5. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.

6. The construction site should be kept as clean as possible, with minimal dust. The cleanliness level should be maintained at or below Class 100,000—that is, the number of particles with a diameter ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot should be less than 100,000.

7. This product is highly sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to use it up as soon as possible after opening the container, or to pour out part of the contents and then tightly seal the remaining portion with the cap.

Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C

Shelf life: 18 months (unopened), 1 month (opened)

This product is sensitive to moisture, so be sure to protect it from humidity when using it. After each use, make sure to close the bottle tightly; otherwise, the product may spoil.
