MCP0005 is a special, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating developed by Nake New Materials. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology and is specifically designed for wooden furniture. This nano-product cures at room temperature, is simple and convenient to apply—requiring only 2–3 simple coats via brushing or spraying. Once cured at room temperature, this coating enhances the surface gloss of the substrate and provides exceptional water-repellent, oil-repellent, and anti-fouling properties. Additionally, it boasts antibacterial characteristics and is highly easy to clean; oil stains and other residues can be effortlessly wiped away. Surfaces treated with this nano-coating offer protection and anti-fouling performance lasting over one year. For factory customers without spray booths or baking lines, professional workers are not required, yet rapid application remains possible.

【Curing Method and Construction Method】

◼ Cures at room temperature; reaches 80% cure in 6–8 hours, and full cure takes 7 days.
◼ Before use, it is recommended to clean the metal surface first, then apply evenly using a lint-free cloth.

[Construction Method]

Pre-construction preparation

◼ Before applying the coating, first polish the surface of the object to be coated, removing any old paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, and debris. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

◼ The cleaned surface should be promptly coated or sprayed to prevent dust from reattaching.

◼ The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or appropriate air-dust extraction equipment to ensure construction quality.

Coating

◼ It is recommended to use non-woven fabric and apply it by brushing. We suggest applying one coat horizontally and one coat vertically. As much as possible, follow the original grain pattern of the material. After ensuring even application, allow it to cure at room temperature for 6–8 hours before packaging.

◼ To increase the drying speed, you can also bake at 120–150 degrees for 20–30 minutes.

◼ It can also be applied by spraying. The spraying pressure should be 0.3–0.4 MPa, and the spraying distance should be 15–25 cm. The recommended coating thickness is 1–3 microns.

◼ Construction temperature: 10-30 °C, relative humidity: 45%-75%

◼ The construction site should be kept as clean as possible, with minimal dust. The cleanliness level should be controlled to within Class 100,000—that is, the number of particles with a diameter ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot should be fewer than 100,000.

◼ This product is highly sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to use it up as soon as possible after opening the container, or to pour out some of the contents and then tightly seal the remaining portion with the cap.

Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C
Shelf life: 18 months (unopened), 1 month (opened)

This product is sensitive to moisture, so be sure to protect it from humidity when using it. After each use, make sure to close the bottle tightly; otherwise, the product may spoil.
