MCP0003A is a water-based, long-lasting nano anti-slip product developed by Nake New Materials. It is created through nanohybridization of nano anti-slip particles with water-based polymer polymers, resulting in a product that delivers exceptionally durable and sustained anti-slip performance. This floor anti-slip liquid boasts an extraordinary ability to rapidly penetrate surfaces, effectively seeping into the capillary channels of floor tiles. Inside, it forms ultra-fine, closed-mouth pits; on the surface, these pits evolve into micro-pores, creating a subtle, nano-scale diamond-pattern structure. When water fills these microscopic pits, the pressure generated by the contact between the shoe sole and the tile surface creates a vacuum effect, which transforms into a physical suction cup action, thereby establishing a stable anti-slip effect that allows people to walk effortlessly and confidently on the surface.

MCP0003A boasts excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, and UV resistance, and to a certain extent, it also provides protective and maintenance benefits for flooring surfaces. It is suitable for the anti-slip and protective treatment of various stone surfaces, including marble, tiles, engineered granite, concrete, polished tiles, ceramics, bathtubs, and more.

◼ Mild organic acids such as fruit acids serve as penetrants, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
◼ Colorless and transparent, it doesn’t alter the appearance of the ground itself; easy and simple to apply, making it ideal for general DIY projects. ◼ Deep-penetrating treatment ensures long-lasting anti-slip performance.
◼ After use, the surface friction coefficient increases from 0.2–0.4 to 0.7–0.9.
◼ One-time treatment, with proper maintenance, can maintain anti-slip performance for 5–10 years.
◼ For later maintenance, simply clean regularly with water.

◼ Instructions for Use
1. Before construction, if the tile surface has oil stains or other common dirt, first clean the substrate to be treated with a professional floor cleaner and scrub the surface thoroughly using a stiff brush to ensure that all dirt and oil stains are completely removed from the floor.

2. Use a clean mop to dry the surface to be treated, ensuring it remains thoroughly dry. Proceed with construction only after the surface has completely dried.
3. Shake the bottle several times back and forth, then evenly spray or apply this product onto the floor and bathtub surfaces using a flat applicator brush.

4. After waiting 8–15 minutes, rinse twice with clean water, then gently scrub with a brush or sponge.

5. After the construction treatment described above, the anti-slip effect is immediately apparent.

◼ Notes
1. This product may impart a slightly matte effect on certain glossy surfaces; therefore, it’s best to conduct a small-area test before full-scale application.
2. If the floor has been waxed, remove the wax using a wax remover before proceeding with the anti-slip treatment.
3. After spraying for 8 to 15 minutes, please rinse the floor with clean water promptly; otherwise, if the reaction time is too long, it will seriously affect the gloss of the floor tiles.

Dilute according to MCP0003A : MCP0003B : Water = 100:20:800 before use.
