[Product Features]

Sysmyk® non-stick yogurt coating is a revolutionary ultra-hydrophobic coating developed by Hissenmeck. All raw materials used in this coating are food-grade, and the product has been certified by both the U.S. FDA and Germany’s LFGB for food safety. This coating technology mimics the natural properties of lotus leaves—remaining pristine even when immersed in mud—by modifying the surface of food-grade packaging materials to create a fractal structure similar to that of a lotus leaf. As a result, the contact angle with water exceeds 150°, making it ideal for treating various food packaging materials. Surfaces treated with this coating exhibit excellent non-stick properties, preventing adhesion of foods such as yogurt, pudding, jelly, milk, and coffee.

Surface treatment

1. Remove dust from the packaging materials and perform corona treatment if necessary.

2. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%

Coating: Two coats, two baking sessions

1. Stir thoroughly before use; you can apply the coating using a roller.

2. First apply the primer by roller coating, then apply the topcoat by roller coating. After passing through a conveyor oven at 70–80℃ for 1–3 minutes, the coating will fully cure and take shape. Recommended curing conditions: Primer—70–80℃ for 1–3 minutes; Topcoat—100℃ for 1–3 minutes.

3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%

4. The cleanliness of the roller coating environment shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.

5. The cleanliness of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.

Recommended storage temperature: 18–25℃

Shelf life: 6 months
