   Sysmyk® anti-scale nano-coating is a single-component nano-coating developed by Hysenmec, utilizing nanohybrid technology. After curing, the coating exhibits an excellent metallic texture and outstanding smoothness, while also boasting easy-clean properties—surface scale and stains can be effortlessly wiped away. Heating elements treated with this nano-coating prevent scale from adhering to the surface during the heating process, significantly extending the service life of the heating rods and reducing energy consumption.

   ◼ Pre-construction preparation

   1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

   2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

   3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

   ◼ Coating

   1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be used for application.

   2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 0.5–2 μm.

   3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.

   4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 350,000 per cubic meter—equivalently, less than 10,000 such particles per cubic foot.

   5. The cleanliness level in the leveling and baking areas shall be no higher than Class 100,000, meaning that the concentration of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm shall be less than 35,000 particles/m³.
