Ⅱ Product Features
QCP0091ST-3 is a specialized, multi-functional dirt-removal agent developed by HysenMec for photovoltaic glass modules. Its key ingredients include a specially formulated blend of non-oxidizing organic acids, corrosion-inhibiting agents imported from Germany, environmentally friendly nonionic surfactants, and water. While effectively removing dust, bird droppings, oil stains, and residual anti-reflection coatings from the surface of photovoltaic glass, this product also protects steel and aluminum from corrosion in acidic environments. When sprayed onto the glass substrate, it quickly penetrates deep into the dirt, breaking down stubborn stains, grime, and oxide films—especially those inorganic residues that cannot be removed by alkaline cleaners—restoring the substrate’s original luster and leaving it gleaming like new. With a highly concentrated formulation, it can be diluted with water at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:10, depending on the specific application scenario; the maximum recommended dilution ratio is no more than 10 times.

1. Cleaning of photovoltaic glass modules at photovoltaic power stations, using the配套 HISENMEK ZCP0024 (self-cleaning, light-transmitting, wear-resistant, antistatic nano-coating).

2. Removal of yellow rust from the aluminum frames of photovoltaic modules in photovoltaic power plants.
3. Removal of dirt and other contaminants from other substrates, etc.

VI Instructions for Use and Precautions

1. This product is primarily designed for use with HysenMec ZCP0024 (a self-cleaning, light-transmitting, wear-resistant, and antistatic nano-coating).
2. Spray the cleaning solution onto the surface of the photovoltaic glass using a spray bottle, let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then use a photovoltaic glass cleaning device to perform the wash. Finally, rinse the surface thoroughly with water to remove any remaining cleaning agent.

3. It is recommended that if the surface of photovoltaic modules has a relatively thick layer of rust or carbonate scale, first moisten the surface with water. Then, use a cleaning device to perform a preliminary removal of the rust or scale. Afterward, treat the surface with QCP0091ST-3—this approach will significantly reduce the amount of cleaning agent required.

4. Before cleaning, it is recommended to perform a preliminary cleaning of the component surface using the undiluted QCP0091ST-3 solution or by diluting it according to a ratio of 1:X. The dilution ratio should be adjusted based on the cleaning effect achieved.

5. The cleaning agent is acidic and slightly corrosive. Please wear a mask and gloves during application. If the agent splashes onto your skin, immediately rinse it off with clean water.
