Product Description
Sysmyk ® Stainless steel high-temperature resistant, non-yellowing, and anti-fouling nano-coating
[Product Code] YCP0014
[Product Features]
High-temperature resistant, non-yellowing, and anti-fouling nano-coating for stainless steel Hissen-Mech has developed a special single-component stainless steel protective coating that leverages the latest nanotechnology to form a three-dimensional, networked structure. After curing, this coating consists entirely of inorganic materials, is non-toxic and harmless, and boasts an ultra-high hardness rating of 9H as well as exceptional antioxidant and protective capabilities. It ensures that stainless steel remains free from yellowing or discoloration even when exposed to high temperatures below 350°C. At the same time, this coating significantly enhances stainless steel’s protection, wear resistance, and anti-fouling performance.
◼ Cures at medium temperature, with a coating hardness of up to 9H.
◼ Easy to clean—surface dirt can be easily wiped away.
◼ Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion
◼ Resistant to various household detergents
◼ Excellent stain resistance and superior abrasion resistance
◼ Stainless steel with high-temperature resistance and no yellowing.
[Applicable Materials]
◼ Brushed stainless steel
【Curing Method】
◼ Heat-curing
【Scope of Application】
◼ High-temperature metal materials such as stainless steel that are prone to oxidation and discoloration
[Technical Parameters]
[Construction Method]
◼ Pre-construction treatment process
1. Manually scrub the workpiece with a stainless steel cleaner (if the workpiece is made of aluminum profiles, you’ll need to switch to a cleaner specifically designed for aluminum profiles). During the scrubbing process, ensure that every corner and no area is overlooked, thoroughly removing any residual adhesive, dirt, grease, and other contaminants from the surface of the workpiece.
2. Pre-treatment automatic cleaning line: Hot water wash — Pre-degreasing — Main degreasing — Tap water wash 1 — Tap water wash 2 — Tap water wash 3 — Pure water wash 1 — Pure water wash 2 — Pure water wash 3
3. Use an air gun to blow most of the water off the workpiece surface, then transfer it to a dehydration oven for drying. The oven temperature should be 150°C. (If possible, try to use cold air to dry the workpiece surface.)
4. After cleaning, the surface of the workpiece should allow water droplets to spread naturally upon contact, exhibiting a hydrophilic character. This indicates that the cleaning process has been thoroughly completed. The cleaned surface should be promptly coated (the optimal time between cleaning and drying and coating should not exceed 30 minutes) to prevent dust from reattaching, which could cause the surface to regain its hydrophobic properties and lead to coating defects.
5. Spray the workpiece and manually inspect it for any spray defects (primarily those caused by inadequate cleaning). If defects are found, remove the defective workpiece and re-apply the pretreatment process.
6. After the workpiece has been spray-coated, pass it through the baking line. Maintain the oven temperature at 80°C (with the actual workpiece temperature around 50°C) and bake for 10 minutes. Then continue passing the workpiece through the baking line, maintaining the oven temperature at 240°C (with the actual workpiece temperature around 220°C) and bake for another 30 minutes.
7. Remove the workpiece from the line and package it.
8. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
9. For more detailed construction documents, please refer to the technical manual.
◼ Coating
1. The paint is filtered through a 400-mesh filter cloth before spraying.
2. Spray gun: Use a water-based spray gun specifically designed for Japanese applications, model number: Iwata LPH-101 from Japan. The spraying pressure should be 0.6–0.8 MPa, and the spraying distance should be 15–25 centimeters. The recommended wet film thickness is 3–5 microns, while the dry film thickness should be 1–2 microns. The recommended application temperature is 10–30°C, and the relative humidity should be between 45% and 75%.
3. The cleanliness of the spray booth is within Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot is less than 10,000.
4. The cleanliness of the leveling and baking areas is maintained at Class 100,000 or better, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot is less than 100,000.
