[Product Features]

        ZCP0034B is a single-component, room-temperature self-drying ultra-thin nano-coating developed by Hysenmec. It is primarily designed for use on photovoltaic panels within one year, enhancing adhesion to the anti-reflection and light-transmitting coating surface. It is used as a primer and is compatible with ZCP0024 and ZCP0029.

Quick-drying at room temperature—surface dry in just 1–3 minutes; full curing takes 24 hours.

It exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates with surfaces that are not hydrophilic.

A transparent, colorless liquid that, once film-forming, consists of 100% inorganic components—non-toxic, non-polluting, and non-corrosive.

Pre-construction Preparation and Precautions

   1. Before painting, the surface of the object to be coated must first undergo surface preparation. Use an alkaline cleaning agent to remove oil stains, oxide scale, and other contaminants from the surface, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks. Begin construction only after the surface has completely dried.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
