[Product Code] ZCP0030B

[Product Features]

ZCP0030B It is a single-component, ultra-hydrophilic, antistatic, dust-repellent, and light-transmitting inorganic nanocoating developed by Hison-Mic. It is primarily intended for development and application in... For the application of photovoltaic glass coating at the factory level, a nanoscale silicon dioxide fractal composite technology is employed. This technology creates micro-roughness with features smaller than 50 nm on the surface of objects. After curing, the coating exhibits a hydrophilic contact angle of less than 10°. Composed entirely of inorganic materials, the coating boasts exceptional weather resistance and abrasion resistance. Additionally, the coating effectively suppresses static electricity generation on the substrate surface, making it more difficult for dust to adhere. Even if dust does accumulate, it can self-clean upon contact with water, consistently maintaining the transparency and cleanliness of the photovoltaic glass surface. This helps reduce the degradation of photovoltaic module efficiency and increases the average power output gain of conventional modules by 2.8% to 3.2%. Compared to ZCP0030, ZCP0030B incorporates 5 nm of titanium dioxide, which significantly enhances the coating’s ability to decompose organic substances such as bird droppings and oil stains. This makes it particularly suitable for use on photovoltaic glass components integrated with fish farming systems. After spraying, the coated glass undergoes tempering at 700°C for 3 to 5 minutes, greatly improving the performance and durability of the coating. Its hardness reaches 5H while maintaining excellent anti-reflection performance and superhydrophilicity.

Medium-temperature rapid curing, with a pencil hardness of 5H or higher (Mitsubishi Pencil, Japan).

Compared to the wear resistance life of 1,000 cycles for traditional superhydrophilic coatings, this coating boasts a wear resistance life of over 15,000 cycles—completely free of impurities. Machine-made composition, excellent weather resistance, effective outdoor protection for 5 years.

Strong antistatic performance, with a surface resistance value of 10. 7 -10 9 Between Ω, significantly reduce dust adhesion.

A water contact angle of less than 10° enables self-cleaning surfaces of dust or stains upon exposure to rainwater or condensation, reducing the frequency of cleaning.

At 100℃ for 5–10 minutes, it can fully cure. Tempering at 700℃ for 3–5 minutes further enhances the coating’s hardness and adhesion.

A special nano-roughness structure enhances the light transmittance of photovoltaic glass by 2.8–3.2%.

Highly efficient photocatalytic self-healing properties, decomposing bird droppings and oil stains, and resisting tar and other substances.

[Construction Method]

◼ Pre-construction Preparation and Precautions

   1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated. Use a neutral detergent to remove oil stains and debris from the surface, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks. Begin construction only after the surface has completely dried.

    2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

3. The construction temperature should be between 20-35℃, and the relative humidity should be between 30-70%.

◼ Construction Method

1. Spray coating

2. One-time treatment, valid for 5 years
