Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating is a single-component, long-lasting protective system that can be applied directly and cured by heating (using a hairdryer for 5–10 minutes). It is designed for treating smooth inorganic surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramics. The treated surface exhibits hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, along with excellent weather resistance, providing protection for up to six months.
1. When driving in the rain, especially on highways and rural roads, enhance visibility.
2. Winter: Eliminates the hassle of time-consuming de-icing; Summer: Ideal for removing pollution caused by insects.
3. There’s no longer any need for harsh, abrasive cleaning agents—usually, a single damp cloth is sufficient to clean glass surfaces.
4. Automatic rain removal: Rainwater instantly coalesces into droplets that either slide down automatically or are blown onto the roof, eliminating the need for windshield wipers.
5. Prevent scratches: A nano-scale, ultra-thin, transparent coating is applied to the outer surface of the glass to prevent scratches caused by impacts and friction from sand and gravel.

Basic Process and Related Matters
Step 1: Surface Treatment: Cleaning and Degreasing
1. Only a dedicated glass cleaner can ensure the coating is applied successfully.
2. To ensure Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating forms strong chemical bonds with the substrate surface. Before use, the surface should be thoroughly cleaned. Sysmyk ® The degree to which the easy-to-clean, hydrophobic, and oleophobic nano-coating bonds with the substrate directly determines the product’s coating lifespan and scratch resistance.
3. Clean the surface to be treated with glass cleaner.
4. Use a clean towel or lint-free paper towel to apply the glass cleaner onto the glass surface to be treated. Wipe repeatedly, then rinse thoroughly with water. Next, dry the surface using a clean towel or lint-free paper towel, ensuring that the glass surface is clean, dry, free of any residual water, floating dust, and contaminants such as grease.
5. Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating should be applied immediately after cleaning.
Step 2: Surface Coating
During construction, avoid direct exposure to sunlight. If working on a car windshield, the left and right sides should be treated separately and one side at a time.
1. Use medical gauze or dust-free cloth to apply a certain amount of Sysmyk. ® The easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-liquid is applied to glass to form a thin liquid film. Then, wait 3–5 minutes for the liquid to evaporate and dry.
2. Use a hairdryer and set it to hot air mode. Dry the surface for 5–10 minutes; the longer you dry it, the better the effect will be.
3. After drying is complete, use a dry cloth to once again remove any excess, unreacted Sysmyk from the surface. ® Easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophobic nano liquid eraser
4. If you feel the results are not ideal, you can repeat steps 1-3 and try again.
5. For the treatment of car windshields, please do not use the windshield wipers during the treatment and drying periods.
[Re-treatment of previously treated glass surfaces]
Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating delivers long-lasting performance and typically lasts about 6 months under normal conditions. Even if the coating’s effectiveness diminishes over time, the surface can be re-treated. The procedure for re-treatment is identical to the original application process.
[Storage]
Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C. Shelf life: 6 months.
This product is sensitive to moisture, so be sure to keep it away from humidity during use and tightly close the bottle after each use.
