Sysmyk® Stainless Steel Easy-Clean Long-Lasting Hydrophobic, Oleophobic, Antibacterial, and Anti-Fouling Nanocoating (High Hardness) is a specialized, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean treatment coating developed specifically for customers who demand high hardness and wear resistance. After curing, this coating boasts an excellent metallic finish, powerful hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, high hardness, superior abrasion resistance, outstanding resistance to metal scratches, and exceptional anti-fouling performance. It also features easy-clean characteristics, allowing surface stains to be effortlessly wiped away. Stainless steel surfaces treated with this nanocoating exhibit outstanding hydrophobic, oleophobic, and antibacterial effects, while simultaneously enhancing the anti-fouling properties of metal products such as stainless steel sinks. This coating boosts protection, provides a glossy finish, and significantly improves stain resistance, making daily cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient for household users.

VI Technical Parameters
VII Construction method
* Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
* Coating
1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be used for application.
2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–10 microns.
3. Construction temperature: 10–40 °C; relative humidity: 25%–75%.
4. Diluent: We recommend using the dedicated NOVclean™ 6758 diluent; the maximum diluent addition rate should not exceed 10%.
