Sysmyk ^® The easy-to-clean, long-lasting hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling nano-coating is a special one-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating that utilizes nanohybrid technology. After curing, this coating boasts an excellent texture, outstanding hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling performance, and also features easy-clean properties—oil stains and grime on the surface can be effortlessly wiped away. When powder-coated parts are treated with this nano-coating, oil droplets will automatically slide off, and any residual trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into tiny beads. As a result, daily cleaning of kitchen appliances becomes simple and convenient for home users, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. At the same time, this coating enhances the protective, glossy, and anti-fouling effects of powder-coated parts.

◼ The surface of the kitchen appliance powder-coating plate features easy-to-clean, hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling treatment.

Pre-construction preparation

◼ Before spraying, use an air gun to perform a simple cleaning of the powder-coating panel, removing any dust and water from the surface. Ensure that the treated surface is free of dust, oil stains, and water.

◼ The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

◼ The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust extraction devices to ensure construction quality.

Coating

◼ Thoroughly stir well before use; application can be carried out by air spraying or electrostatic spraying.

◼ Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–8 μm

◼ Construction temperature: 10-30 °C, relative humidity: 45%-75%

◼ The cleanliness level of the spray booth is within Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm is less than 350,000 per cubic meter—equivalently, fewer than 10,000 such particles per cubic foot.

◼ The cleanliness level of the leveling and baking areas is within Class 100,000, meaning that the concentration of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm is less than 35,000 particles/m³.
