[Product Features]

     ZCP0037 is a special two-component, room-temperature self-drying nano-coating developed by Hysenmec, primarily designed for aging glass in photovoltaic modules. The coating, featuring a mottled or rainbow-like pattern, is used for refurbishment or repair to enhance the power generation capacity of photovoltaic modules. By combining special nanoparticles with self-cleaning properties, a functional nano-coating is ultimately created that offers weather resistance, anti-fouling performance, corrosion protection, and self-cleaning capabilities. This coating boasts a durability of over three years. To improve adhesion to glass substrates, apply ZCP0038 as a primer before proceeding with the application of ZCP0037.

     Two-component, room-temperature self-drying nano-coating with a coating hardness of HB-2H (from Mitsubishi Pencil, Japan), featuring self-cleaning properties.

◼ Cures at room temperature; surface dry in 10–20 minutes, and full curing takes 24 hours.
◼ For the repair of aged photovoltaic panels, after construction, there is a significant increase in light transmittance, and the reflectivity of the PV modules is reduced to 0.6–1.0.

Repair of Rainbow Patterns on Photovoltaic Module Glass Caused by Improper Cleaning Agents

[Construction Method]

    Pre-construction preparation

1. Before applying the coating, first perform surface treatment on the photovoltaic glass using the matching QCP0090S (multifunctional cleaning agent for photovoltaic glass). (Depending on site conditions, dilute with water at a ratio of 0 to 5 times the volume of the cleaner.) This step removes oil stains, glass oxide films, and residual anti-reflection and light-transmission enhancement coatings from the surface. It is recommended to directly spray QCP0091S onto the surface, wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then use photovoltaic glass cleaning equipment to process the surface. After completion, simply rinse thoroughly with clean water.

      2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

      3. After thoroughly cleaning and ensuring the surface is dry, apply ZCP0038 by scraping it onto the surface. Wait 5–10 minutes before proceeding with the application of ZCP0037.

2. After thoroughly mixing components A and B at a ratio of 9:1, you can proceed with construction. The mixed material must be used within 2 hours; otherwise, it may gel and become unusable.
