Ⅱ Product Features

      Sysmyk® is a long-lasting, easy-to-clean, water- and oil-repellent nano-coating with anti-fouling properties. It’s a single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean, anti-fingerprint coating that utilizes nano-hybrid technology—a new surface treatment specifically developed for mirror-polished stainless steel. Once cured, this coating enhances the stain-resistant, protective, glossy, and anti-fouling performance of metal products such as mirror-polished stainless steel, making daily cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient for users.

       Cures at medium temperature, with a coating hardness reaching 8H.

   *  Long-lasting and easy to clean—surface dirt can be easily wiped away.

   *  Low surface energy with excellent anti-fouling properties and outstanding wear resistance.

   * Possesses excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, with a surface tension of less than 24 dynes.

VII Construction method
 

  Pre-construction preparation

A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

 

* Coating

A. First, apply a thin coat of primer by spraying 2-3 times (too much will cause whitening); let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

B. Apply a thin coat by spray again, 3–4 times, then bake at 150°C for 30 minutes (workpiece temperature);

C. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C; relative humidity: 45%–75%.

D. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.

E. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.

      Note: The coating requires a certain reaction time and should be left undisturbed for 3–7 days (depending on the ambient temperature) before it fully cures. Only after curing is complete can its full performance be realized. Please conduct performance tests only after the coating has fully cured.

Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C
