Sysmyk ® The stainless steel easy-to-clean, long-lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic anti-fouling nano-coating is a special single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating that utilizes nanohybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits an excellent metallic texture, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. It also boasts easy-clean characteristics—oil stains and grime on the surface can be effortlessly wiped away. With this nano-coating applied to range hoods, oil droplets will automatically slide off, and any remaining trace oil deposits will naturally shrink into bead-like spheres. As a result, daily cleaning of range hoods becomes simple and convenient for household users, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. Moreover, this coating enhances the protective, polishing, and anti-fouling effects of stainless steel.

Pre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
A. Before use, thoroughly stir the product until evenly mixed; air spraying can be used for application.
B. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 microns.
C. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
D. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
E. The cleanliness of the leveling and baking areas shall be at or below Class 100,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
