[Product Features]

ZCP0030 is a single-component, ultra-hydrophilic, antistatic, dust-repellent, and light-transmitting inorganic nanocoating developed by Hisonic. It is designed for application via coating on photovoltaic glass at the factory level. Utilizing nano-silica fractal combination technology, this coating forms micro-roughness with features smaller than 50 nm on the surface of objects. After curing, the thin coating exhibits a hydrophilic contact angle of less than 10°. Being entirely inorganic, the coating boasts excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance. Moreover, it effectively suppresses static electricity generation on the substrate surface, making it difficult for dust to adhere. Even if dust does stick to the surface, it can self-clean upon contact with water, thereby consistently maintaining the transparency and cleanliness of the photovoltaic glass surface. This helps reduce efficiency degradation in photovoltaic modules and increases the average power output gain of conventional modules by 2–5%. Compared to traditional anti-reflection and light-transmitting coatings, ZCP0030 can be applied by spraying and then subjected to tempering at 700°C for 3–5 minutes, significantly enhancing the coating’s hardness to 8H while preserving its excellent light transmission and ultra-hydrophilic properties.

◼ Curing is complete at 100℃ for 5–10 minutes. Tempering at 700℃ for 3–5 minutes can enhance the coating’s hardness and adhesion.

◼ Excellent wear resistance, strong antistatic performance, surface resistivity between 10⁶ and 10⁹ Ω, high transparency, and low refractive index.

◼ After coating, the reflectivity of photovoltaic glass is reduced to 0.6, significantly enhancing the light transmittance of photovoltaic modules by 2-4%.

◼ A transparent, colorless liquid that, once film-forming, consists of 100% inorganic components—non-toxic, non-polluting, and non-corrosive.

◼ High chemical resistance, high hardness, and ultra-hydrophilic self-cleaning properties

◼ Superhydrophilic: When water comes into contact with the coating, the contact angle is less than 10 degrees, forming a continuous water film on the substrate surface. Leveraging the principles of fluid dynamics, this water film penetrates deep into the roots of dust and dirt. Under the influence of gravity, the water film flows continuously, thoroughly lifting and removing dust and grime. As a result, after rain or when rinsed with water, there’s no need for manual wiping—no water marks remain. The substrate surface stays clean for an extended period, achieving self-cleaning functionality.

◼ Pre-construction Preparation and Precautions

1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated. Use a neutral detergent to remove oil stains and debris from the surface, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks. Begin construction only after the surface has completely dried.

2. The cleaned surface should be coated promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

3. The construction temperature should be between 20-35℃, and the relative humidity should be between 30-70%.
