Ⅱ Product Features
YCP0091DW is a specialized, single-component, water-based, easy-to-clean, anti-fouling nanocoating developed by Hysenmec. This coating utilizes nano-hybrid technology and can be applied to metal surfaces such as steel via application methods like spraying. After curing, the coating provides excellent hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fouling protection, while also boasting easy-clean properties—surface stains can be effortlessly wiped away, making daily cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient.

VII Construction method

Pre-construction preparation

1. Before spraying, first treat the workpiece’s surface to remove any old paint films, rust, oxide scale, and foreign matter, ensuring that the surface is free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

Coating

1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be employed for application.

2. Construction temperature: 10–40 °C, relative humidity: 25%–75%

Curing

Preheat at 70℃ for 10 minutes, then bake and cure at 180℃ for 30 minutes.

Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C Shelf life: 6 months
