Sysmyk ® The easy-to-clean, long-lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating is a special single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nano-coating jointly developed by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and SYSMEK GMBH AG&CO., LTD. of the UK. It utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology. After curing, this coating exhibits exceptional hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, and outstanding anti-fouling performance, while also boasting easy-clean properties—oil stains and solder paste can be effortlessly wiped away from its surface. The ultra-thin nano-coating, once cured, forms a dense, three-dimensional network structure with superb abrasion resistance. Surfaces treated with this nano-coating have low surface energy; after printing, solder paste is less likely to clog the mesh openings of the steel screen, reducing residual solder paste at the bottom of the screen. This, in turn, decreases the frequency of screen cleaning and facilitates easier demolding.
◼ Medium-temperature curing; the coating film can achieve a hardness of up to 6H, is easy to clean, and surface dirt can be effortlessly wiped away.
◼ Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, low surface energy with outstanding anti-fouling properties, and superior wear resistance.
◼ Exhibits excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, with a surface tension of less than 24 dynes and a water contact angle of 105 degrees.
◼ Excellent wear resistance, up to 60,000 cycles, without affecting the coating’s anti-fouling performance.
◼ The treated stainless steel backside forms an “ultra-hydrophobic surface,” giving the back of the panel easy-clean properties, significantly reducing the frequency of wiping the backplate and boosting production capacity.

◼ Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any remaining old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and other debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust extraction equipment to ensure construction quality.
◼ Coating
1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be used for application.
2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 2–5 μm.
3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
5. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
