VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
1. Shake well before use to ensure thorough mixing; you can apply the product using a roller.
2. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.
3. UV curing is employed, with a curing energy ranging from 500 to 1000 mJ/cm².
4. The cleanliness of the coating area shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
5. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
