Ⅱ Product Features
    Sysmyk® is a special, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. It is formulated using nano-hybrid technology. Once cured, this coating boasts an excellent metallic finish, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic performance, and outstanding anti-fouling capabilities. At the same time, it offers easy-clean characteristics—oil stains and other residues can be effortlessly wiped away from the surface. After treatment with this nanocoating, oil droplets will automatically roll off the surface, while any remaining trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into tiny beads. Additionally, this coating enhances the substrate’s protective, glossy, and anti-fouling properties.  

* Cures at medium temperature, with a coating hardness reaching 6H.

* Easy to clean—surface dirt can be easily wiped off.

* Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion

* Resistant to various household detergents

* Low surface energy with excellent anti-fouling properties and outstanding wear resistance

* Exhibits excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, with a surface tension of less than 24 dynes.

VII Construction method

Pre-construction preparation

1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing oil stains, dirt, and foreign objects from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

 

  Coating

1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be employed for application.

2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 0.5–2 μm.

3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%.

4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.

5. The cleanliness level in the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
