Ⅱ Product Features
YCP0030 is an ultra-thin nanocoating developed by Hysenmec, based on fluorine-modified special silanes. It is primarily used for treating smooth inorganic surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramics. Surfaces treated with YCP0030 exhibit hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, anti-fingerprint effects, easy cleanability, and resistance to dirt and stains. Compared to YCP0016, this product boasts superior abrasion resistance and excellent weathering performance. In indoor environments, it can provide a protection period of up to 36 months, while in outdoor environments, its protection period can exceed 12 months.

◼ Prevent scratches: A nano-level, ultra-thin, transparent coating is applied to the outer surface of the glass to prevent scratches caused by impacts and friction from sand and gravel.
◼ Resistance to weathering: Significantly reduces the corrosive effects of acidic substances such as PM2.5, PM10, SO2, and NO2 in the air.
◼ High weather resistance, suitable for outdoor environments
◼ Low coefficient of friction, reducing surface scratches and providing a smooth tactile feel.

VII Construction method

Pre-construction preparation

     1. Before spraying, perform surface treatment on the object to be coated (we recommend using a plasma device for cleaning). Remove any oil stains and oxide scale from the surface, ensuring that the surface is free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.

2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

 

  Coating

1. Stir thoroughly before use; air spraying can be employed for application.

2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; nozzle diameter: between 0.6 and 1.0; recommended coating film thickness: 20–30 nm.

3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C, relative humidity: 45%–75%
4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
5. The cleanliness of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
