Product Description
Ultra-hard, wear-resistant, scratch-proof water-based nano-coating
[Product Code] YCP0018
[Product Features]
YCP0018 is an intelligent, specialized, single-component ultra-hard, wear-resistant nanocoating developed by HysenMec. It is primarily based on modified inorganic resins and incorporates cutting-edge nanotechnology. The coating also contains controlled-release, nano-sized silver ions. After high-temperature curing, this coating becomes entirely inorganic, non-toxic, and harmless. It boasts exceptionally high hardness (10H, according to Japan’s Mitsubishi Pencil), outstanding scratch resistance (capable of withstanding scratches from steel wool), and simultaneously exhibits antibacterial and antiviral properties. The coating is ultra-thin, with a thickness ranging from only 600 to 800 nm. During use, the coating intelligently absorbs trace amounts of moisture from the air, transforming the surface into an easy-to-clean state.
◼ High-temperature curing, with a coating hardness reaching 10H.
◼ Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion
◼ Resistant to various household detergents
◼ Exceptionally strong wear resistance
◼ Smartly absorbs moisture from the air and converts it into an easy-to-clean state.
◼ Can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees.
◼ Exceptional antibacterial ability
◼ Over 10 years of proven performance
[Applicable Materials]
◼ Brushed stainless steel, glass
【Curing Method】
◼ Heat-cure: 50°C for 5–10 min, then 250°C for 30 min

◼ Scratch- and wear-resistant treatment for stainless steel surfaces
◼ Scratch- and wear-resistant treatment for glass surfaces
[Technical Parameters]
[Construction Method]
◼ Pre-construction treatment process
1. Use the multi-purpose cleaner QCP0090S (it is recommended to dilute it with deionized water at a ratio of 3-4 times before use) to manually scrub the workpiece. (If the workpiece is an aluminum profile, be sure to switch to a cleaner specifically designed for aluminum profiles.) During the cleaning process, ensure that there are no dead corners and no areas are overlooked, thoroughly removing any residual adhesive, dirt, grease, and other contaminants from the surface of the workpiece.
2. Pre-treatment automatic cleaning line: Hot water wash — Pre-degreasing — Main degreasing — Tap water wash 1 — Tap water wash 2 — Tap water wash 3 — Pure water wash 1 — Pure water wash 2 — Pure water wash 3
3. Use an air gun to blow most of the water off the surface of the workpiece, then transfer it to a dehydration oven for drying. The oven temperature should be 120°C (if conditions permit, try to use cold air to dry the workpiece surface as much as possible).
4. After cleaning, the surface of the workpiece should allow water droplets to spread naturally upon contact, exhibiting a hydrophilic character. This indicates that the surface has been thoroughly cleaned. The cleaned surface should be promptly coated (the optimal time between cleaning and drying and coating should not exceed 30 minutes) to prevent dust from reattaching, which could cause the surface to become hydrophobic again and lead to coating defects.
5. Spray the workpiece and manually inspect it for any spraying defects (primarily those caused by inadequate cleaning). If defects are found, remove the defective workpiece and perform pre-treatment again.
6. After spraying, pass the workpiece through the baking line. Maintain the oven temperature at 80°C (with the actual workpiece temperature around 50°C) and bake for 10 minutes. Then continue passing the workpiece through the baking line, maintaining the oven temperature at 270°C (with the actual workpiece temperature around 250°C), and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
7. Remove the workpiece from the line and package it.
8. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
◼ Coating
1. Before use, thoroughly stir the product until fully homogeneous. After filtering through a 300-mesh screen, apply the coating using air spraying with a water-based spray gun specifically designed for use in Japan. The model number is: Iwata LPH-101 from Japan. The spray pressure should be set between 0.6 and 0.8 MPa, and the spraying distance should be maintained at 15–25 centimeters. The recommended wet film thickness is 2–4 microns, while the dry film thickness should be 0.6–0.8 microns. The recommended application temperature is 10–30°C, and the relative humidity should be between 45% and 75%.
2. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
3. The cleanliness of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
