Sysmyk® Easy-to-clean, long-lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic nano anti-fouling coating is a special single-component, easy-to-clean nano anti-fouling treatment agent containing modified fluororesin, suitable for outdoor use. Excellent weather resistance and durability After curing at room temperature, this coating boasts a fine texture and excellent transparency, without compromising the gloss or clarity of previously applied coatings. It also features easy-clean properties, allowing surface stains to be effortlessly wiped away. This product is particularly suited for use on high-speed trains and bullet trains—especially on the front ends of these vehicles. Thanks to its low surface energy, the coating significantly reduces the adhesion of dirt (such as insect remains and animal fats) and makes these contaminants easy to remove. Primarily used for anti-fouling and easy-clean treatments on surfaces of high-speed trains, bullet trains, passenger coaches, and aircraft, it enhances protection, provides a glossy finish, and improves resistance to soiling.
1. Cures at room temperature; after one week, the cured film achieves a hardness of 4-5 H.

VII Construction method
Pre-construction preparation
* Before spraying, first perform surface preparation on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
* The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
* The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
Sysmyk® Before applying the easy-to-clean, long-lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating with anti-fouling properties, ensure thorough and uniform mixing. You can apply the coating using a brush. Any unused liquid must be tightly capped; otherwise, it will absorb moisture from the air and harden.
Recommended coating film thickness: 4–10 micrometers
Construction temperature: 10–40 °C, relative humidity: 25%–75%.
