◼ Pre-construction Preparation and Precautions

   1. Before applying the coating, first clean the glass surface of the photovoltaic module using the specialized cleaning agent QCP0091ST (a multi-functional cleaning agent specifically designed for photovoltaic glass) to remove any residual anti-reflection coatings as well as dust and dirt.

2. It is recommended to directly spray QCP0091ST (Multifunctional Cleaning Agent for Photovoltaic Glass) onto the surface, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then use photovoltaic glass cleaning equipment to perform the treatment. After completion of the treatment, simply rinse thoroughly with clean water. Finally, use a pH test strip (ranging from 1 to 12) to check the pH value; if the pH is neutral, the surface is considered thoroughly cleaned.

3. The cleaned surface should be coated promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

4. Avoid construction when it’s raining.
